You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. "Absolutely fine. Close to centre and walking distance from Home Park. A bit faded decor and no air con in the room but fans provided. Decent breakfast. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as on the day of my arrival the doors to the underground car park had broken and I had to route via Sainsbury's car park risking a fine but thankfully the hotel staff managed to override the parking database and it appeared to have worked. Generally all was good and I would recommend and use again."
