"First location wise decent Walmart close by a nice 5-10 min But the hotel does not match the photos. Very out dated only thing new seems the microwave. How you have a full kitchen with not pot or pans. Fork or spoons lol!! I’m sorry I counted two mismatched plates and two can opener and a knife and spoon. The refrigerator was big but the side of the outside states it needed to be replaced yesterday. The pool indoor great but staff had to give you towels and bring you into the pool area. The bed big but why the bottom was this black whatever that made sounds when you touched it I stayed at Staybridge and had to say a security deposit of $50.00 no problem! This place $100.00!!! I even heard a man say he did not receive a receipt for it! With some TLC this place could be a GEM! But today it failed!! I seriously doubt if I come back!! Owners should be ashamed! Replace them appliances!"

"I would never stay here again. Here are a list of my complaints: 1) they could not provide a key card for my door, so the man at the front desk had to let us into the room every time we needed access to our hotel room. 2) next, I got a bruise on my hip within the first 10 seconds of entering my room because the doors to the hotel rooms have such a quick rebound on the self closure. If you require a handicap accessible door, good luck. 3) the comforters in our room had cigarette butt burns in them. 4) we were given three towels that were the size of hand towels for showering. We went and asked for more and the response we got was “no, I already put some in your room” 5) make sure you bring your own ice and water. You cannot get any ice or water all at this hotel, you have to walk a mile down the road to the Wawa. 6) lastly, the rooms are so damp. My clothes actually felt wet when I would put them on. Would not stay here again, but I was in a crunch for a hotel so this sufficed for that need."

"Hotel is in a great location! Rooms are quite large and the little kitchens are nicely outfitted! Ours had a keurig coffee machine! Only complaint was the fire alarm going off, because some guest burnt something in their microwave. We were all forced to evacuate into cold and raining weather. We were traveling with 2 babies - not ideal to have to rush outside. And the woman behind the counter at the time was extremely disrepectful and nasty! The other desk staff were fine."

"We had a great stay at Watson’s Regency Suites. The location was perfect — close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a family weekend. The suite was spacious, clean, and very convenient for traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and parking being included was definitely a plus in Ocean City. The hotel has a slightly older feel, but everything was well maintained and comfortable. Having the kitchenette and extra space made the trip much easier for our family. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay, especially for families visiting Ocean City or attending events nearby in Atlantic City. We’d definitely stay again!"

"Great location. I didn't have soap or conditioner in the room- but when I asked the front desk, they gave me a bar. The tv was small- it's OK though. I'm very glad that rooms were clean. The pool was nice. I had a great time and would like to go again every year again before Memorial Day to get the better price and rent a tricycle that you can ride on the boardwalk all day long (before the holiday). Overall, I had a good experience, and no bugs like that one bad review said. ;)"
