He gave me the key to my room & I relaxed 30 min after the long day till I saw a bedbug on my bed. I got up and asked to change the room, which was done right away. No apologies whatsoever. I moved into the new room and checked all mattresses & pillows and found the most disgusting infested pillow in my life. When I asked to get a new one he was annoyed by it, but gave me one in the end. That one smelled like it has been used before & not washed. I looked right away for new accomodations, but it was too late at night already! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
