"I feel bad giving the hotel three stars because there’s not much they can do about the reasoning. The hotel was super solid. We had a great stay with no issues regarding the hotel itself. However, we did not feel very safe in the area the hotel is located. There is a large number of homeless individuals who will come up to you in the hotel parking lot asking for things and yelling profanities. There was even a few times a man would be going through the trash right in front of the hotel entrance clearly under the influence. The area surrounding the hotel is equally as bad. I would most likely not book again despite the solid experience inside the hotel."
