"The location of the property is excellent. It is just a short drive to the Puebla Historical Center and surrounded by high-end shopping venues. We were fortunate to be accommodated in a room with an incredible view to the Popocatépetl Volcano. The staff is incredibly helpful and provide and top-notch service. However, the facilities need a well-needed overhaul. The rug all over the hotel need to be replaced like YESTERDAY. The bathrooms inside the rooms are screaming really loud to be refitted....
