"Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Bathroom products were natural which was a nice touch. Added on the breakfast and it was an excellent value. Hotel was busy but rooms were quiet. Booked due to convenient location, walking distance to many attractions but hotel itself was also a lovely stay."

"Bed is hard"

"Solid place if you're looking for a spot to crash for the night and have no need of parking or other amenities. Clean rooms, friendly staff, central downtown location, no frills. Breakfast was available ("boxed continental"), parking is extra, and while I appreciated the in-room coffee option, would recommend taking advantage of getting your own from a local shop instead. I would have appreciated being able to control the thermostat, instead of just having a "fan hi, lo, or off" option."

"1. Hallway echoed all night long with people closing their doors. Can’t imagine how much worse it would have been had the hotel been at capacity. 2. Even with the HVAC system all the way to cold, the room was far too warm. It is almost as though the hotel still had the heating on and the room controls are just for show. For a woman who usually sleeps with an overhead fan and pedestal fan beside the bed at home, this was unbearable. Even husband found the room too hot though. 3. Our very specific reservation requirements for first floor room due to disability and service dog were ignored when assigned room 215. Thankfully hotel wasn’t at capacity and room was changed to first floor. 4. Provided WiFi code did not work."
