"Nice room. Hot tub was nice. Amenities were expensive and were not included in the price, despite most options were not even open/available during our stay. Rental people upstairs were very helpful. "

"The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. So charming, comfortable and relaxing by the river! If you’re staying during off season (April 5th - November) a lot of the restaurants nearby will be closed but some options are still available. Can’t wait to stay here again as I travel through this area for work frequently."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. One of the standout features was the valet service that offers complimentary drop-off and pick-up within a 5-mile radius,such a thoughtful and convenient touch that made getting around effortless. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Every space feels intentional, stylish, and welcoming. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the valets and concierge team. They went above and beyond, taking the time to offer great recommendations and explain everything in detail those personal touches really made a difference in our experience. Our room had a stunning mountain view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also perfect, allowing easy access to both villages, which we loved. Small details like the complimentary s’mores by the fire pit added such a cozy and memorable touch. If there’s anything to improve, it would be the shower pressure, which was a bit low, and for personal preference, the pillows were too soft and the mattress a bit firm. However, the slippers and robes provided were a lovely bonus that added to the comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect location in Vail village, great value, helpful staff, with a well equipped Gym and spa. They put out coffee, danish, yogurt etc every morning which is nice. Note they do allow dogs and there were many!"

"Clean rooms, bed had a curve in it...needs new mattress, water pressure was weak, nice TV, nice heating/cooling, fridge and kuerig was nice...didnt think staff was that attentive .. very chatty whilr i stould waitng to checkout"
