They have brewed coffe with breakfast. Hall carpet was not very clean. When we’re packing to leave I checked under the bed and was disappointed to find dirt and trash under the bed. The fridg was set to freeze everything in it.

Outrageous price for a run-down, inaccessible hotel. Staff was great. have stayed in hotels all across the country, and this was by far the lowest-quality property I have ever encountered. We paid an astronomical $1,229 for a three-day stay, which is a ridiculous price considering the low quality. The only reason we stayed is because we had prepaid; otherwise, we would have left immediately. The physical property is run-down, looks dirty, and is incredibly old. The carpets are lumpy, the paint is peeling, and everything looks dingy. In the bathroom, the linoleum flooring was peeling up, and the bathtub drained so poorly that it filled with water while taking a shower. The towels were also heavily and visibly stained, though they did not smell bad. Additionally, there is no elevator and no ramp to access the second and third floors. The sole saving grace is the team. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They deserve praise, but management needs to drastically lower their prices or completely renovate this building.

The check in staff was so nice. I thought she was being nice by putting me on the ground floor newr the door, now i think its because i book on a 3rd party app and paid less. There was a large group of workers and families staying there, they were having a bbq and party outside the door until nearly midnight. They werent rude or obnoxious, but its a hotel and i came to sleep.

A great place to stay in Miles City. This Super 8 is clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious with good menu options, even fresh waffles. I would definitely stay there again.
