"I liked the staff in the lunch/dinner rooms. Always friendly. Not all reception staff were friendly. Why do they allow dogs? Dog poo all around perimeter of building and incessant barking from one particular dog on a couple of nights. Young lad smoking around pool and rolling a joint, told by one of the managers to smoke it in the area at the back of the pool. "Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "
