"The spa is great, transfer service was. I’ve, staff very cordial and huge breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious and traditional. Very relaxing stay. Unazukionsen is a very nice place to visit and the Kurobe Gorge is stunning. Easy to access. Would stay again. "

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"The breakfast and bath facilities were wonderful, allowing for a very relaxing stay. If I were to make a request, having a convenience store or kiosk on-site would have been even better. Also, since you have to step outside the hotel to find a place for dinner, I recommend checking nearby restaurants in advance for a smoother experience."
