The hotel is nice and has great amenities but the front desk staff can be a little rude. They charged our credit card 166 with no notification and did not show on our room account. When we went to the front desk they said it was a smoking fee. We don’t smoke, vape, light candles etc. the gave us the report that showed the time of the incident at time we were not even in our room. They removed the charge but if we didn’t get alerts from our credit card company we would not have know about this charge.

I didn’t want to leave this hotel. It’s excellent from start to finish. The staff were very good, food amazing and the rooms wonderful.
