Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre. Lovely room and a great breakfast. The real standout are the staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay again and actively seek out other hotels in this group.

Third stay in the hotel. Cannot fault it. Staff helpful. Service efficient. Room very clean and roomy. Close to everything. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer. We will be back.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of January. The weather was amazing. We did sun bathing and outdoors swimming. The spa is very clean and offers full rejuvenation. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was exceptionally good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is after a relaxing holiday in a luxurious place.

You will not find better views. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owners could not have been more helpful. The view is 5 Star Plus and everything was very comfortable. All 4 of us said we would go back. This is not an ultra modern apartment, which suits us, so set you expectations, it has everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine.

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are very well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable that we slept well every night . There is a good selection of food at breakfast which set us up well for a day of sightseeing.The hotel is well placed for the city centre with good access to the main tourist spots. The ancient walls beneath the hotel have been beautifully preserved and make an interesting feature .

Had an amazing stay at The Flag for a week. It was the perfect peaceful stay as a solo woman traveller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole area felt safe. Will be returning soon!

My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. We were then given a tour of the hotel by the guest relations manager. Our room was stunning and huge! It is worth mentioning the massive bed which was as comfortable as it looked. We booked this hotel last minute from a 5 night trip. The hotel was beautiful with a very peaceful roof terrace to relax and unwind. Our room was bright, modern and clean. The hotel is 15/20 minute walk from the old town 10/15 mins from the beautiful restaurants at the Port.

Attractive hotel with external ‘living wall’ and modern interior decor. Guy on reception so friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant stay, marred only by the current closure of the rooftop bar due to refurbishment 😩

Totally relaxing holiday, excellent hotel and location

The hotel is modern which is why we chose it for our stay. Reception staff was very welcoming and polite. Our room was spacious enough and very clean. The location of this hotel is also great-close to the old town,the beach and bars and restaurants. At the same time we didn't experience any noise from the street. We haven't had breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment. The rooftop bar is very nice but could be improved with little snacks provided with drinks such as nuts,crisps or olives....

The hotel is stunning and the staff are truly amazing This is possibly the best hotel in marbella It’s a short trip into Banus but is uber chic and luxurious Definitely one to try as an alternative to puente ramono
