"We had a beautiful sea view from our balcony, our apartment was very close to the beach. We had a wonderful dining experience in the surrounding restaurants, we loved that lot of restaurants and stores were a walking distance from our apartment. Receptionists were not very friendly and helpful. Apartment had a few things that needs to be repaired or replaced. "

"Es wäre schöner gewesen ein Bett zu haben statt auf der Couch schlafen zu müssen, die sehr unbequem war. Der Lüfter vom Bad war auf Dauerbetrieb was in der Nacht sehr störend war. Es ist sehr hellhörig im Haus man hört jeden Nachbarn. Für den Preis aber okay. "

"Even we prefer hotel suite we chose apartment for our stay in Kolobrzeg. Spacious and clean apartment. New building. Very close to sea and city center as well. Positive surprise. Active construction work (new apartment building) around. Accommodation company did not offer us the parking lot inside building area but it was probably caused because we did not arrive in working hours of central reception and we communicated with reception remotely. We can recommend."

They blocked the room keys because we did not pay the garage fees, which was included in the rental, , because we need place to stay and park the car. Very unfriendly costumer service, so no ,I never expected or experienced welcome like this. BUT THIS IS POLAND, nothing changed. Never again I will rent from company like this.
