"Great location! Nice pool, nice selection of breakfast items, nice rooms. Ok beds. Could be better food quality. Missing EV charging facilities, water/tea/coffee in room or at common rooms."

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Was uns jedochvgestört hat, dass alles extra kostet und man schon einiges für Betätigungen wie schwimmen, parken, spielen und Ähnliches extra kostet. Die Lage ist jedoch echt schön und für eine Woche Ostsee gut geeignet, wenn man sich außerhalb der Anlage die Zeit vertreiben möchte."

"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. After a lot of back and forth and getting Expedia involved, I did eventually get the money back, but it wasn't the full amount (maybe because of the exchange rate...

"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English. Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel."
