"we have stayed here multiple times….this time we were quite disappointed and thought maybe mgmt had changed. it was confirmed that it had not…pool area was absolutely freezing with ppl wearing jackets and blankets if not in the water. rooms not ready by checkin time due to late checkouts granted by hotel —-not my issue nor should it impact those trying to check in and get to events starting in the early evening —and breakfast let a LOT to be desired. Undercooked eggs that we were told were ‘perfectly’ cooked and if we wanted them cooked more to ‘use the microwave’"
