This was our first booked trip as a family of 4 and our stay was excellent. Highlight of the stay was the breakfast. Sentral Michigan Avenue
The unit we received needs some taking care of- the walls had finger prints on them, bathroom walls looked even worse, bedroom carpet had some red stains on it, couch cover had a lot of dog fur on it which made sitting on it quite uncomfortable. Shower gel dispenser did not work.

Kasa South Loop Chicago
We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa south loop. We had an awesome view of downtown Chicago, it has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. Definitely plan on booking again in the near future
