"Beautiful old schloss in picturesque setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Straight shot into city center and not far from A1 motorway. Room was large and spotless with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was very good and beautiful. Overall, an excellent choice on the outskirts of Muenster."

"The room was clean, the bathroom was big and we were so pleased to find the EV charger was free to use. The only downside was the room was so warm even in December and there was no thermostat to turn the temperature down. We used the small fan in the room but it was not enough to cool us down so we did not sleep very well. "

"Unfriendly staff, unclear check-in instructions as well as unclear parking arrangements. We arrived when it was dark, and were not admitted into the building, and were sent to look for the Hotel without further guidance. This was not appreciated as were tired after a long car journey with 2 children. Nothing extra was available to us as we were not in the main hotel, and we had to search for things such as toilet paper, clean cups, and tea mugs. - Check-in instructions in more than one language would be much appreciated. - Finally, location: A car is essential! We knew this in advance, but good for others to know that this hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Münster city center. "
