I live in Texas and have never been to Michigan nor do I plan to visit - however, when I went to book a hotel for Midland Texas from my phone, Midland Michigan popped up and I accidently clicked on it, as soon as I booked the hotel and went to copy the address to send, I noticed my mistake and IMMEDIATLY contacted hotels.com to cancel (we're talking not even 1 min after), which they then contacted this hotel and were told to call back in morning to speak with manager. The manager only refunded one of the two nights that I accidently booked - sure it started as my error, which I admit, but to decide to keep my money just because you can and choose to do so, is absolutely wrong. Unfortunately, the fate of my refund was at the hands of the hotel manager, which clearly has no morals, ethics or problem keeping peoples hard earned money when the opportunity arises. Wonder how much money he's gotten out of actual guests that stay there for ridiculous things..."

"Very noisy in the room next door, some sort of party going on and banging. I packed up and kindly requested another room, and they seemed to think that it's not an expectation to have a reasonable level of noise at a hotel on a Saturday due to all the sports teams etc traveling. I travel constantly for work, and that is my expectation. Rooms also need some handywork. "
