Girl’s weekend with my daughter
Hotel is brand new and immaculately kept. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Overall fantastic stay.

This was a trip to see family over New Year's weekend. We stayed five nights. We had housekeeping one day, and when I went down to ask for four bath towels on the 4th day, the front desk clerk said, "That's a lot of towels!" We emptied our own trash, made our own beds, and re-used towels for three days. Staff was unfailingly polite (except for that one incident about the towels), and we were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the breakfast buffet area. All in all it was a good trip in a lovely hotel, but it could have been better.

The motor in the air conditioner unit made a loud noise ALL night long. The AC/Heat was not even on but the LOUD motor ran all night, I was unable to sleep over the noise. Front desk was not helpful in this matter.

The one thing I was disappointed in during my travels not necessarily with the hotel per se but a very close restaurant was their inability to send a waitress to our table in a timely manner and the cleanliness overall of the restaurant in general. Other than that, our stay at your facility was very good and I would recommend this facility to any of my friends while traveling to the Middletown area.

Nice stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Area was perfect for shopping and Dining. The only issue we had is that our comforter was dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been changed. Couldn’t miss seeing the stains when you flipped the comforter over.
