"Location is excellent. Very close to Flavours beach. The building needs upgrading and painting and broken tiles replaced. The grounds of the property is well maintained with lovely flowers and fruit trees. Breakfast was very good although portions could be a little bigger. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I was disappointed not to have a fridge and kettle with tea/coffee in our room."

"My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water. We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great value. Highly recommended. 10/10 Excellent stay! They will surely see me again"
