"Stunning gardens, the flowers and the glorious views nurture the soul. We stayed in a garden facing room, it was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot water and tea were appreciated at tje reception desk. My only suggestion would be to offer real coffee/tea mugs in the guest rooms rather than waxed paper cups, better for our health and the environment. Would recommend Westcliff Lodge when visiting Hood River area."

"Cool Old Hotel in downtown Hood River. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were early and were allowed to check in a little early once we located the receptionist. It would be nice to know that parking is free on the street from 6 am to 8 pm. I would add that to your ad."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than other hotels. The hotel was clean. My only issues were that there were hairs in the weaving of the towels and the bathtub needed to be scrubbed. The hotel was very quiet compared to other hotels in the area. It was a great location. There are stores close by as well as fast food restaurants."
