"Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre dans cet hôtel mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la gérante nous annonce que c'est complet et nous oriente vers une autre guesthouse proche de chez elle. Nous avons donc payé 2 hôtels différents pour la même nuit. Après de longues démarches et échanges d'emails, cet hôtel refuse de nous rembourser. Tout est dit..."
