Hotel room floor was dirty, bathroom shower needs replacement and bed sheets were not changed. My son found a bandaid under his covers. Absolutely a terrible experience, we were tired from driving 5 hours and had to deal with this. The front desk changed the room for us but it wasn't any better. ...

Hotel seems very new. Thought it odd front desk person also does housekeeping and maintenance. Very limited hours of person at front desk so once you check in (and not a minute before 3 pm) you may rarely see a person there again.
