"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After checking in, I discovered the room door did not properly seal and could be seen through even when locked, which felt unsafe. The hotel was also hosting a large event that left no available parking for paying hotel guests despite charging a $20 parking fee. While the front desk staff tried to help, management was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no real solution or accommodation. After hours without resolution, I left at 10:30 PM to find another hotel before my early morning flight. The property and guest experience did not match the hotel’s advertising."

Overall, the pictures are very misleading I wanted to leave as soon as I entered the room however front desk said I already checked in and signed so I couldn’t cancel or get refunded.
