Pros: the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a great location for FIU. Cons: The “suite” was small and pricey, the hot water was warm and had no pressure, and the breakfast selection was pretty bland with a limited selection even for continental.

Upon arrival, we got told that they did not have our room available (we paid for a delixe jacuzzi room) and they want to put us in a regular room with a walk-in shower.
