Our stay at The Moore Hotel Miami was a genuinely memorable experience, made all the more special by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we booked, the team reached out proactively to enquire about our plans and any requirements we might have. This thoughtful initial contact immediately set the tone and made us feel well looked after before we had even arrived. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. A particular highlight was their...

Loved my stay at this Hilton! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the online check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel is also in a great downtown location with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a great location, and the rooms are just as in pictures and very clean.

Really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s also so comfortable and clean.

The stay exceeds our expectations. The view of full bay and Miami Beach was amazing!! The valet was super quick, the Starbucks very convenient in the lobby! The reception was a little confusing as you have to use different lift to all condos but it was well explained so not a big issue. The 2 bed condo we had was amazing, super specious, great walk in closets, big bathrooms and big bedrooms with all 3 rooms having access to the balcony! It was well maintained, AC warming well, it was just a...

We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

Great stay

Four Seasons always delivers. if I had to think of something to improve on then I would suggest a better omelette station, but I am struggling to think of anything negative.

We had the most incredibly warm welcome and 8 day stay, due to the outstanding staff at this hotel. Eduardo, Mercedes, Susan and Santiago always had the time and smiles for us. They helped make our stay comfortable and worth every penny. My only disappointment was the gym, the treadmill didn't work properley and it was very basic for a hotel of this calibre. Overall, super happy with the room, the location and all those that do an amazing job.
