Our stay at The Moore Hotel Miami was a genuinely memorable experience, made all the more special by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we booked, the team reached out proactively to enquire about our plans and any requirements we might have. This thoughtful initial contact immediately set the tone and made us feel well looked after before we had even arrived. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. Excellent hotel and staff

Really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s also so comfortable and clean.

Great hotel staff friendly free drink at the bar was a bonus and free breakfast aswell easy to get around with monorail at end of street bars restaurants all around the hotel

We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

Lovely room. Friendly staff and nice location

Fantastic property in the Brickell area. Staff were incredibly friendly and flexible throughout my stay. The hotel was modern, clean, walkable to central Brickell but also distant enough that it was peaceful and quiet. The room was modern, well designed and sleek with all the amenities needed and perfect for two friends sharing. House keeping staff were efficient and proactive, shower was consistently clean and spotless and beds were super comfy. Gym had a range of equipment allowing effective...

Great overnight stay when connecting to a flight next morning. Very good courtesy bus service provide.

CLean, staff ver nice, garage valet service excellent. WI-FI perfect! Breakfast very basic.

Spacious room with good city views

Very useful for a one night stay after a rather traumatic day on Amtrak (not their fault) Check in at gone midnight was not an issue and pleased to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast after a much needed night's sleep

The bathroom shower is a bit dirty. There was a curly hairs around the shower floor. Otherwise all good. More milk and cream inside the room.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Great room, helpful staff and best of all, no crazy greedy resort fee or parking charges. Just an honest hotel, delivered exactly what I needed without fuss.

Massive Clean Room ,comfy bed, good breakfast Free transfer from airport. Receptionist could have been friendlier.
