"There was no chip for the lift. No WiFi. Quite dirty, no kettle, the beds were uncomfortable, the shower sink was blocked and consequently flooded. The tap in the bathroom didn't work very well. The kitchen hobs didn't work so we couldn't cook anything. The person who gave us the keys was quite helpful on the first day but that's the only positive I can think of. It's quite a spacious flat for two people but not for four."
