The stuff is nice but the rooms are horrible dirty. I requested another room and the stuff was nice to offered another room but it was the same situation. Carpets were nasty dirty, including furniture, towels, the bathroom…..I decided not to even take a shower in my stay….

The location was great. It had a lot of food options. And it was easy to get the tour buses. There was tons to do right within walking distance as well. House keeping did a decent job of cleaning the room, she even washed the dishes. My only complaints: there was no TV in the livingroom; our pull out sofa bed didn't have a mattress; and the dining table chairs were about to break. But I'd definitely stay there again. I thought it was totally worth the price. I was hardly in the room anyway.

Always stay in this hotel when I travel to Mex City, close to good restaurants, ambience around is nice, safe walking around, 2 blocks from "El Angel", amenities are good/basic.

Good value, comfortable stay.
The staff was attentive, the room was clean and ample. Had everything you might need (coffee maker, small kitchen, iron, good internet) for a comfortable stay. The property is not brand new, but kept in working order. It was a bit noisy at times, but not enough to really be an issue. Overall great price-benefit.

Room carpet was very dirty. Air conditioner could not be controlled by room, so, we slept super uncomfortable because of the hot temperature. There wasn’t even coffee to make. Personnel was friendly though.

Todo muy padre! El único detalle es que el estacionamiento depende de si hay cupo o no y para todo el edificio hay como 7 lugares fuera de eso muy cómodo todo:)

The hotel is located in a great spot. Ive stayed there many times and its conveniently located around great restaurants. I just wish they could upgrade certain decayed items in the rooms. Otherwise its an okay stay while visiting CDMX

Very noisy hotel due to faulty pump
Place was very noisy due to faulty water pump in the basement. We could NOT sleep the whole night. Personnel were deceiving as they know the issue and play dump. We originally booked for 3 nights and left the hotel after 1st night . Still trying to get refunded!

Great place to stay
We love Suites Giorgio. This is the second time we have reserved and we love this place. Excellent customer service, clean suites and amenities. Also, a lot of places are walking distance, such as El Angel de Independencia and Bosque de Chapultepec.

Emergency exiting from our room would have been delayed on account of the outdated door locks. Also, we were given only one key to secure our room, which was not convenient with three adults in room.

Great location, comfortable well furnished rooms The staff was very helpful when we needed help with the safe and extra hangers for the closet. They were wonderful in helping us get secure taxis for getting to the bus terminals and appointments. I was at first concerned when I read the front desk is from 9am to 6pm, but there was a helpful until late at night.
