It’s my second time here and it was great. Unfortunately, there’s city noise. If you’re a light sleeper, it wont work.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at for a vacation. The staff was extremely friendly, the amenities were amazing, and the food in the area was delicious. This place is extremely walkable to many up and coming neighborhoods in the area. I would highly recommend this place for anyone, for a girls trip and one with the family!

The area is great - I definitely recommend for travelers. The building itself is very nice looking & so is the apartment, BUT, once you’re actually staying in the room it’s different. 1. Towels with dark red stains were in the room for us. When I chatted saying we needed clean ones they lied and said they delivered but they were never received. We finally got new ones on the 2nd to last day of our trip. 2. There is no thermostat in the room & it was 56 degrees at night! We chatted to get a blanket & heater delivered - told it would deliver in the morning. I had to chat again the next day to ask about them & I was told sorry we’re out of that after all. Was nobody going to message me?? 3. The toilet in the guest bathroom completely stopped working. I chatted about this and I was told it would be fixed first thing in the morning. They also lied and said someone had been at the door knocking but we were in the apartment the entire time in living room! 4. The beds are incredibly hard. Not really what you want after a full day of sight seeing. 5. Multiple lights did not work in the bedrooms. I didn’t bother to complain about this if they couldn’t handle bringing clean towels or a blanket. This was my first experience with Sonder & it will also be my last. They lost all my trust with poor customer service interactions.

The swimming lane was closed for the duration of my stay but there was no information stating this closure prior to booking, I did not get the full value I was expecting.
