El hotel está bien ubicado, el personal es muy grosero, las luces de una pantalla publicitaria gigante que queda enfrente, no deja dormir. Por ese mismo sector se consiguen mejores ofertas al mismo precio o algo menor.

Great location if you have business at the World Trade Center. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The suites are comfortableand attractive, but the smaller room are small and don'thave an isolated bathroom. The breakfast is verumy nice, with scrambled aggs cooked to order .

Amazing stay
We loved our stay. We thought the price was very cheap for a suite and the room was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

Well WTC location
Met my expactations as i was attending a congress at the WTC. Hence when i arrives I was surprise to see 9 high stairs welcoming me to enter the re eption hall.

Very nice hotel, great value and friendly staff
Stayed here whilst attending a convention, was very pleasantly surprised by the proximity to the convention center and how good value it was. Really nice rooms, very helpful staff and a gym which is unusual for a boutique hotel. Great fresh breakfast too, would definitely stay again!

Small hotel but staff was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Location is great with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Only complaint was the in room safe was broken...

GOOD HOTEL ACROSS THE WTC
Great service. Overall is a good hotel, right across the WTC, which is what I needed. The hotel is clean and has good noise insulation as I could barely hear the traffic below. The place looks new-ish but I was told told by the staff that the building is 8 years old. The Wi-Fi is ok, not the strongest and at times spotty. I did not have a chance to eat the breakfast but was told that it could be delivered to your room. The gym is ok, quite basic (one treadmill, elliptical and bike) but does the job. There are a couple of broken things in the room, such as door handles, but otherwise it's all good. Will stay there next year.

Extremely convenient across the street from the World Trade Center Convention Center. Good restaurants around. The breakfast is not anything special and needs improvement. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very pleasant. Not too many options as a Boutique Hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Mexico City.
Great hotel in the heart of Mexico City. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were ultra clean and modern looking. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Breakfast is included on the eighth floor and Jorge makes you feel like you're at home having breakfast.

This is a newer hotel located immediately across the street from World Trade Center so there are lot's of restaurants in the area. My room was a full suite with complete kitchen which would be very handy if you were staying long term. it was clean and adequately furnished. Wi-fi as one other reviews was terrible. I had to call down to office 2 times and they kept giving me a new router info. Finally the 3rsd try worked better. Remote for air didn't work but luckily it wasn't too hot out so it wasn't a big problem. I asked twice to have it fixed but it never happened. Very little English at the front desk. For the price and location it is a pretty good deal if everything worked.

i got in the hotel 2 hours before check in. they refuse to allowed me in to the room arguing that they need to get the rooms clean before but they told me that if i paid half a day they would allowed me. (half a day for 2 hours) (so it was cleaned but did not wanted)

Wouldn't stay their again
Horrible WIFI connection, couldn't work on my emails properly. Not a boutique hotel, just a hotel with some fancy design touch and a shower in the middle of the room. I personally didn't like that there was no soap replacement, nor hand towel replacement after the 1st day, they just took them away and didn't replace them. Also there is a lot of employees walking around, some were a little making me feel a little awkward. Breakfast is served in a tiny room and it is very basic: juice, toast, cereals, pastries (poor quality), coffee (no cappuccino), tea so I ended up going to Starbucks around the corner. Also I found very dangerous that my window was opening wide with a small window protection (not even 2 ft) and then emptiness... I got a vertigo just looking from the window. Lastly I found some of my hair on the floor when I got back to my room in the evening, so I assume the cleaning hasn't done properly.

Poor breakfast
The apartments are big and most with the bed in a second level. What really is poor is the breakfast included in the rate. Just basic bread and butter and coffe and concentrated juice. This must be improved if they pretend to keep their customers. Another problem is that you can not prepay the room you must put at the hotel arrival, so if you need to prepay for example with other people card or a corporate card can not be done online

Location and Staff Excellent!
I picked this hotel for the proximity to the WTC and Pepsi center. It's right across the street, it couldn’t be better. Overall the location is very centric and with a lot of businesses and restaurants nearby and/or across the street. The hotel is nicely decorated in a minimalist but functional modern décor. The actual rooms are as indicated in the pictures. What really made my stay was the attention of the staff – I had an issue with an air conditioner in my room during a heat spell in Mexico City and they were very nice and accommodating on moving me to another room. Every member of the staff that I encountered was extremely nice and pleasant. I would like to mention that Miguel the security/bellhop was extremely superb and accommodating. I felt very much at home and would definitely stay here again

One lousy elevator
The room is clean, spacious and comfortable but if you are on the upper floors, get ready to wait for the elevator. There's only one elevator for all 8 floors so you end up taking the stairs most of the time. Despite not being on a busy street and having a 5th floor room facing the back, truck muffler backfires woke me up promptly between 6am and 6:30am. I think it's their poorly-designed windows that don't block out much noise. Lastly, the breakfast is just uneventful not even Hampton Inn quality for what this hotel charges per night.
