Staff were nice and accomodating. The place is close to different kind of shops. Only thing im a bit concerned was the toilet. But overall our stay was good. Might book it again.
It did the job for the price. Felt very safe with the gate that you had to ring the bell to enter. loud outside the room, but to be expected. Centrally located.
Very good location. My private room/bathroom was tight but manageable. Room was clean. It would have been nice to have some outdoor chairs/tables for those rooms right at the top because its a long way down to the common area. And there is nowhere to sit in the room. I suggest getting a bigger shared fridge as the current one is VERY small. Staff are nice.
Except for the loud obnoxious ignorant Germans talking at night and even in the morning,
I actually had a pleasant stay. The staff, esp the reception, was super friendly. The place felt secure. Great that they have at free bottled water at our disposal.
Room was clean. Having a single room with shared shower it didn’t feel like it was a hostel. Apart from loud obnoxious Germans who don’t understand how to be quiet at night and mornings, I had a pleasant stays
Hi! The staff were super nice and cheerful every time I asked for something. My room was clean and so were the bathrooms and showers. Nice little courtyard and the neighborhood and location can’t be beat!
The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Vanessa went above and beyond during our stay. We noticed she was working long hours and doing all the job roles there. Hope she is getting taking care of by the owners because she was great.
Staff was polite. Walls were very thin and bathrooms were small and cramped. Hot water ran out pretty quick. Has a nice patio area. Gets cold at night but during the day perfect temperature. Did not provide you with soap or shampoo. Also they ran out of towels. Lady sleeps in the front in the morning so be careful not to wake her.
This is a great place to stay. I stayed for 4 days and I enjoyed the room. The location is close to almost everything. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and literally a coffee shop right outside the door. Staff was friendly and overall great.
My only problem was a couple things in the room itself. The mattress is old and sagging in the middle so my back was hurting. In the bathroom the door doesn’t close and no way to close or keep it open. It just kinda hangs in the middle and have to fight with it to drop a deuce or do your hair in the mirror. Also since you can’t close the door the window looks right into the bathroom. So if someone was walking by or looking out their window the can see right into the bathroom.
Other problem was there was really nowhere to hang a towel or your toiletries or even put them anywhere. The sink was tiny so couldn’t really store them there.
Other than that it’s a great place to stay.
Great location. We booked a private bedroom with private bathroom. First day of using the bathroom, we could feel electric shocks when trying to use the shower and sink taps. We brought this up to the staff and were told to use the shared bathrooms. So there was no point in paying extra for a private bathroom. On our second last night when laying in bed, we could feel something crawling on us. We turn on the lights to find ants everywhere in our room and our luggage. We immediately went down to the staff and they were able to accommodate us to a different room. Again it was a room without a private bathroom. It was also on the main floor and despite there being a noise rule, there were many loud guests up past 2AM. The walls are very thin. The next morning we spoke to the staff about the issues we have had, they told us we would be reimbursed for paying extra for the private bathroom yesterday but we have not received any reimbursement yet.
