The apartment we rented wasn't available. We were given a one bed apartment with an air mattress for 200 pesos less. He didn't even set up the air mattress for us, we're had to wait until 8pm to receive it and it deflated within hours so one of us slept in a chair. The "sofa bed" was a lumpy futon. The staff at the entrance were rude and upon arrival they had no clue about our stay. Will not stay there again.

Cuando llegamos nos indicaron que nuestra reservación no existía a pesar de tener nuestra reserva impresa y confirmada por expedía. Nos hicieron esperar más de una hora y nos dieron una habitación para dos personas cuando éramos 5 personas, un colchón inflable roto, sin jabón, mal olor en la habitación que nos dieron, no era para nada un luxury apartament como dice la publicidad. Muy muy mal servicio, nos cobraron únicamente en pesos mexicanos y no nos permitieron pagar con tarjeta, fraude total, una tarifa diferente, por un servicio pésimo.

Fue muy molesta la atención de la persona encargada, no fue para nada atenta y nos hizo un cobro extra x limpieza la cual jamás llegó a hacerse, ni un solo día, la tv solo se veía con Netflix y me dijo pues pon tu clave ! Las 2 veces q tuvimos contacto con la persona estaba tomado y eso fue muy molesto.
