Super clean room; shops and restaurants nearby; staff is beyond excellent. There is a small mercado on Sunday a block away. The loft room I was in did not have a balcony as advertised. Breakfast was simple. The amenities were great. Perfect for a solo traveler.

I really appreciated the effort that reception made to get me a slightly early check-in so that I could get ready for an event. It was much appreciated! The apartment was spacious and I felt right at home. If you like the sound of birds in the morning and seeing some greenery, this is a good place for you. Breakfast was very simple, but there are many options nearby. Great location.

Fantastic Aparthotel, excellent location, lot of dining and grocery options. Walking distance to the WTC and only 20-25 mins drive to downtown. This is the only place we will stay now when visiting Mexico City with family.

Amazingly warm and welcoming staff.. the facilities were amazing and I would recommend to any couple or family looking to get away and live in apartment like suites complete with kitchen... This place was great. Best business travel accommodations I have ever had. Staff was friendly. There was a park nearby. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet, mostly people walking the dogs in the neighborhood. The room was huge and comfortable.

Noisy and uncomfortable

The place looks nice, however, the bed was soooo uncomfortable, the towels were not properly bleached and there was guests in another room making noise all night, singing on their balcony and the hotel administration did nothing. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this hotel.
