Great hotel in an amazing part of the city. Very well priced for what you get. Amazing restaurants/ bars on the bottom floor and rooftop. Expensive food - but the quality was good.
Hotel Pandora is a very well-maintained hotel with lots of beautiful details and great potential. The rooftop is a real highlight: beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink, with the convenience of simply taking the elevator back to your room. The restaurant next door, which is also part of the hotel, is equally well-designed, comfortable, and a great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The room was nicely decorated and comfortable enough, with a clean bathroom, hot water, a good bed, a small balcony, and even a kitchen, which we didn’t use but was a nice extra to have. The bathroom layout could be improved slightly, but overall, the room was quite good.
The main downside is the lack of air conditioning. I stayed during winter, when temperatures were around 16–20°C (61–68°F), and the room still felt uncomfortably warm at certain times of the day. The hotel provided a fan, but I honestly don’t think this is enough for a property with such a beautiful design and infrastructure. I had already read reviews mentioning this issue before booking and assumed it might be exaggerated, but unfortunately, I experienced it myself. I can only imagine how uncomfortable the rooms might get during the summer.
Aside from this significant drawback, everything else was very good. With air conditioning, this hotel could be an outstanding place to stay.
Nestled in the heart of Mexico City, Pandora House is a vibrant gem that promises an unforgettable experience. Its Art Deco design exudes elegance, while the breathtaking rooftop offers a stunning view of the cityscape. The property boasts two exquisite restaurants, each offering a culinary delight. The friendly and knowledgeable staff ensures that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for. Beyond the hotel, Pandora House is surrounded by a plethora of attractions, including charming coffee shops, delectable restaurants, convenient public transport options, and an array of activities to explore and discover.
Really good for a solo traveller - plenty of room with a Studio apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to walk around with ease.
Free breakfast (9am) at Tosco was tasty, but plenty of cafés (Cafe Nin)and Taquerias (Tacos La Chula) nearby if you want something earlier.
Some of the rooms don't have windows that look outside, but only into the inner atrium, so be aware.
Fan provided, but air conditioning would have been a handy addition.

The room itself was a little dingy but all normal wear and tear. Getting ready for
Had such a great stay at Pandora House! The property is absolutely beautiful with so much character and a gorgeous design. The location was perfect for exploring Mexico City, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop and Tosco restaurant had an amazing vibe and was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend staying here for a stylish and memorable CDMX experience!

The room was not ready to enter when we arrived, even being after the check in time.
Stuff was very helpful, acting fast and giving us alternative physical key, as the digital system they have was not ready.
We did not try bar or restaurant.

The rooftop bar was closed both nights unfortunately.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite staying there, housekeeping was never provided, so we had to manage without fresh towels or a cleaned room.
The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service was lacking from start to finish.
Also, this property is advertised as a hotel, but it is really operated more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. If you’re expecting hotel amenities and service, you’ll likely be disappointed.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a room there and arrived before Noon. I came back to check-in at 3:00pm and they said there were no rooms available. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and stated, "It's not our fault. In addition, I'm visiting from out of the country and have never been to Mexico before. Moreover, they still charged be for the room. Poor customer experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

I had a terrible stay, there were no pillowscases, the bathroom was dirty, there was no iron and I Did not sleep on Saturday night because some other guests were fighting and everithing could be heard, there was too much noise outside and the room was very small. I will never stay there again, I not will recommend it this place. When I went to check out, it took 10 minutes because there was no one and the inside door couldn't be opened. Ohh did I forget, there was no towel to dry my hands in the bathroom and kitchen. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and I don't want to hear anything about you.
