No blackout curtains and the blinds in bedroom do not open, so dull room all day and bright in the morning. Was not properly cleaned - found hair and dirt throughout. The door was a nightmare, constantly not functioning, all the way to the end. Otherwise not a bad apartment, decent and for the price - good.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a quiet and safe neighborhood and with helpful staff always on duty in the lobby. (Language barriers were quickly solved with translation on our phones!) The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, it was easy to control the temperature, and the washer-dryer combo worked great. The neighborhood is mostly residential but there are restaurants, drug stores, and grocery stores within blocks, and a nice little park just one block over. (We appreciated the residential aspect after spending some time in super-busy parts of the city!) It isn't directly next to any major tourist attractions, but instead is in between -- with the Anthropology Museum to the southwest (you can walk it in a half hour) and the Centro Historico to the east (closer to an hour walk, if you're up for it). Our only quibbles: Although the kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and cooktop, the equipment for cooking was very limited; also, we would have preferred and a coffee maker that could use fresh coffee (rather than pods). But overall, this was a wonderful apartment in a lovely neighborhood, and if fully met our needs.

Me encantó el departamento! El diseño es súper lindo y moderno. Además que está súper limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda y agradable. Está súper bien ubicado y queda cerca de Reforma. Sin duda regresaré!
