This sleeping pod was great for a quick rest before my flight. I am a 6' person and the bed was kind of short for me. You can hear traffic from the street and people walking outside on hallway looking for their space. Other than that it is very convenient to have in the airport.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to your gate! Short walk to anywhere in Terminal 1. Pods are super comfortable. Everything is sparkly clean and showers and rest rooms are very private.

What I like about this property was, it’s cleanliness, and felt safe even though it was a shared bathroom and shower with the opposite sex. Great customer service. When requested front service desk, they responded quickly. What I didn’t like about the property was, the noise above my cubicle when the person above me move around.

Coming off a long international flight it was not easy to find your sleeping pods. It was difficult in communicating with airport staff and I believe we were taken advantage $$ of for the taxi ride from terminal 2 to terminal 1. Shuttle service should be free 24/7 ! We paid 400p for the taxi 🙈😡

I had a 7-hour layover before catching my connecting flight. izZzleep was just what I needed. It provided a relatively peaceful place to lie down and to take a shower. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the capsule, the free wi-fi, towel use for the shower, earplugs, and earbuds. I was in the bottom capsule. One negative was that my capsule shook a bit when the occupant entered the upper capsule. It was also a bit of a walk to izZzleep from the departure area. I would definitely use this service again. Hopefully, this type of service will be available at other international airports.

The capsules are spacious, i'm 5'2. The lockers fit a big suitcase. They provide a towel and a goodie bag with socks and hand sanitizer. Capsules are not sound proof but it is private. It has a port to charge your device and a tv you can watch with a headset. I was very happy with the whole experience.
