The place was clean and beds are comfy. Michelle, the front desk lady in the day time was friendly and considerate. Always super helpful and ready to resolve any issues. The night shift lady, Alma, was rude and seemed like she did not want to be botehred. Besides that, we have enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

the best about the villas is the staff, BUT needed to make a local outbound call to locate my cel phone but was told "outbound calls are banned by the management" what's up with that??? other than that, great place. Ps carpet in the hallways, I think it is time to get them replaced.

Jacuzzi doesn't work
The Jacuzzi did not work ! I pay for nothing !!! By the way the remote control didn't work neither!

Always clean, great neighborhood, and the experience was just so fulfilling, I would stay here all the time I go to Mexico City, because it was a really great experience and worth the month!

Great but......
Is a great hotel, very clean but the beds were little hard not great and the pillows to, little hard, the surrounding were super great lots stuff to eat, "Claveria street" lots lots of places to eat and 5mn to metro system, overall a great place to stay if you are on business around the area or need to travel to the "Zocalo" Centro historic!!....STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY!!.

I don’t like the staff work so slow. Windows can not lock properly, the latch broken. It tooks 2 days and I remind her her 3 times to send someone to check. In the end still couldn’t fix the window. We stay there with unsecured window.

The jacuzzi suite was huge. The staff were helpful as I used Google translate to communicate. The location was 950 meters from metro line 2. The room was very clean. The walk in shower was also very large.
