Since we paid 250 pesos for each cat (2) per night, we expected to have a litter box and food and water bowls available when we arrived. We had to ask for these pet essentials since we arrived by plane. Otherwise a central location, a clean, quiet room, friendly staff and a good hot breakfast included in the room price.

Room is ok, good value for money but the area is sketchy.
Pino Suarez is a business district so the location of this hotel is a great benefit to me. For those who desire to see Zocalo it is easy to reach by walking. The only weakness I noticed is the kitchen is short staffed. A simple buffet style meal in the morning is available but there did not appear to be anyone preparing meals from the menu for other times of the day.

Experience
It’s a nice hotel but the water is very low at the bathroom but it’s a good hotel to stay if that is fine with you.
The room was big , they clean everyday , the breakfast was good ,the staff was nice , the price was good , the only problem is where is it but if you don't go out at night you don't have any problems
Everything was great, the only thing that i have to say about the staff is that the check in process was not the friendliest. Seemed like I was bothering them quiet a bit upon arrival. Everyone else throughout our stay was very pleasant to be with.
As a recommendation i would suggest getting door sweepers. It will help reduce sound from the hallways and prevent more bugs from entering the room. We had quiet a few mosquitoes enter the room and woke up to a few unpleasant bite marks.
Not sure if the 3* status is quite justified for the hotel. There are good features in the place such as spacious rooms with fundamentals and reasonably clean. I think it’s value for money and in an authentic place near heart of Mexico’s historic city.
It seems a garage is functioning from the basement with considerable noise of traffic and smoke shared with the rooms as you need the windows open to cool the room in the absence of AC system.
Out of four nights we did not have WiFi and the hotel was not bothered at all, while communicating in non-Spanish is not easy there.
