This was a great value. The room had everything I needed. The bed comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. The staff was more than accommodating and super friendly. It was in a really good, centrally located area.

The room is clean and staff are helpful but the amenities are not good. For example our hotel room keeps on locking us out every time we have to come back and use our key card is not working. At one point our air conditioning was not working as well they had to lend us electric fans. Also they have fixed it the following day but it was too noisy. But, the location itself is good and near landmarks at centro historico.

The room is very clean and made service came every day at the same time we really appreciated that. Only thing that I would suggest would be to upgrade the room with a microwave the coffee pot and a refrigerator other than that it was very clean very comfortable and we enjoyed our state the door man in the night was extremely helpful

The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable but wish the pillows were better. Woke up with a sore neck. The air conditioner was very noisy and had to turn it off during the night because it was so noisy.
