Quick stop over in CDMX. Hotel is centrally located. There is a Small shopping center teo blocks up with everything you need to include a smartfit gym.

No internet was available in my room. Internet was available only near the front. Staff don’t speak English, so don’t try to communicate complex things. Very noisy outside due to traffic. The room itself was clean and spacious actually. A convenience store is just one minute away.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our stay. The phone in the room doesn’t have a directory to front desk. The staff checks you without telling you where to go, and no wifi information provided.

This is a adult hotel and if you don't mind this, it's alright for a cheap stay. Everything was clean and they have rooms with Jacuzzi :)

Free Wifi , But never works....

The location is Very good and hotel is so clean, But horrible internet WiFI, I wouldn't strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for WiFi, I couldn't able to stream at all, and couldn't able to connect my work, I had to go out for work.. Few issues, Cons: ===== 1. Room has safe box, but it never worked, I have complained, but they didn't take any action, poor response on resolving the issues. 2. Front desk, they don't understand even English, you will be struggled if you don't know Spanish. 3. Horrible, horrible ...horrible WiFi, not sure why they say free WiFi in the advertisement. Pros: ==== 1. Room is clean and located in good place 2. Reasonable price..

Arrived by taxi about 11p. Receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Showed him paperwork- didn’t help. Had to wait for taxi the receptionist arranged. After 1.5 hours, unmarked taxi arrived. No license. Refused to get in. 1a now. All the while men arriving with female escorts. Dressed like female escorts. BTW: receptionist offered us a room for four hours. That is all that was available. These rooms rent by the four-hour block. Luckily wife had name/ number of taxi driver who transported us from airport since he offered to take us back to airport in the morning. Because traffic was bumper-to-bumpy, waited outside hotel until 1:45a for him to arrive. We ended up staying at airport hotel for $365. DF crowded that weekend because of formula 1 race and day of dead celebrations.

I havta give this an extremly low number for a number of reasons. One, the rooms are like ICE and its not cuz of air conditioning. The bedcovers are also like trying to sleep in a curtian. There so thin they offer no warmth. You can ask for extra but THESE are like sleeping on a carpet sample and still freezing. I hadta go out and buy a comforter. Two the guests are incosiderate and noisy often playing music or being loud at midnight/one in the morning when your trying to sleep. Finally while I was there an important medical device was stolen from me. It had to be housekeeping becuase they were the only ones who had acess to the room, or someone on staff. Otherwise they have a thief in employment. Complained but told it was my fault for not putting it in the safe. It didnet occur to me I should HAVE to. I would never stay here again.

la réception avec vitre pare-balle, chambre propre, mais surpris d'être dans un hotel de sex.... quand je lisais HOT, je pensais qu'il manquait de place pour écrire HOTEL au complet. je lu et relus la description et bien écrit pour adultes, mais je suis allé dans un pour adulte au Bahia Principe et c'était juste qu'il y avait pas de mineurs. finalement quand je suis entré le premier soir, juste vu 2 portes entre ouvertes, allé me coucher en me disant que j'allais vous appeler le lendemais matin, finalement pas de bruit et tranquille. quand je suis sortie dans la journée, j'ai vu un pole dance dans une chambre que la femme de ménage nettoyais, cela a confirmer ce que je pensais. finalement entré le soir et tranquille aussi, mais ma chambre nettoyée, on me répond à la réception qu'il faut demander à chaque jour ou au besoin! finalement n'ayant pas rien vu ou entendu de bruits, juste des portes entre ouvertes à chaque soir,je suis resté, mais vous devriez être plus explicite dans votre description. le reste c'est pas plus qu'un 3 étoiles. merci jean emond

El personal bien, el elevador no servía y nos dieron habitación en el 3 er piso que por cierto hace muy pesado subir equipaje y no tener botones más para ayudarnos , la habítacion un 6 de calificación la cama ,el colchón muy flojo ya necesita cambio no hay cobijas que hagan el frío sea menos la verdad no volveré gracias
