The hotel is ok, but if you want to make a reservation in person the charge you 1,750 pesos, 1,380 pesos or any amount that they want on that moment, that’s abusive, considering the area is really bad, noisy, unsafe, dark, etc. prices are so expensive.

This hotel is nice ,a good place to stay and rest . The hotel is clean the rooms are spacious. I am a picky person when it come to hotels . I recommend it

Not good stay, probably won't use it again
A/C unit in one of our rooms quit working during the stay, also our reservation have a paid breakfast 2 persons per room but they only make valid 3 total breakfast

Staff were great. When you came inside they open the door for you gives you hand sanitizers and spry arround you to disinfect that kind of service was amazing and unic.

Pleasant stay
Great hotel. Clean and service is excellent. Helpful staff. Food in the restaurant is also great. A bit far 20 -30 min from all tourist activities.

My stay at Misión Toreo was incredible! I come all the way from California and I have to say the employees, the host, the restaurant, everyone is so kind and helpful. Everything is close to this hotel. If you want to see the pyramids in Teotihuacan, the moon and the sun pyramids, it is only 35 minutes away, up to an hour with traffic! Amazing Hotel, Amazing Staff. Thank yoi for having us.

Hotel is nice and clean, with a helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was good also. The rooms are a bit dated and the location is very busy so quite loud.

Great service
Their staff was very patient and eficient when it comes to food service. My family was very happy and enjoyed dinner at their restaurant. I say this because they all are very special when it comes to food. Preparing different planes for 17 people its a task.

View to kill for ..... not
Make sure you don't get a room overlooking the fly over and road, it was very very noisy, especially the trucks in the middle of the night - The staff were excellent and I should have probably asked to move. The restaurant was ok, although I didn't always get what I ordered (could be my dodge English accent. The bathroom had a problem with small fly's, but the room was clean and the fly's kept away :-) The location was convenient for me and for that reason I would stay again, just not in a room with such a view. And, it is cheap to stay there.

Location bad, too dar from the cities and airport
Scary place too far from the cities. Not much of amenities. Staffs does not speak English. We have to spend much money in ordet to go yo our tour bus. I requested a hotel close to the airport and cities. Very traumatizing.

A bad hotel intustrial area.
The personnel is not trained at all, they do not do their work and when they do it is done unproperlly. The rooms are very noisy. The transportarion the offer it is not on time.

The AC does not work at this hotel. Woke up stiffled and called to check what was going on with the AC. They offered to change me to a better room in the middle of the night. Changed rooms at midnight to find the room had a window that could be opened (instead of AC). Ofcourse being next to a highway the noise was terrible. Needless to stay, sleepless nights miserable stay.

Elevators are in bad shape
The hotel is nice and the service is excelent. However, the conditiona of the elevators are very bad. The floor numbers are so worrn that they can barely be seen, and there is always a difference between the elevator and the floor when the door opens.

The Hotel itself is OK. nice and clean, everybody is very nice but the area ... forget about it. The entrance in in front of the highway, very noisy 24h a day. if you are looking to eat outside the hotel, don't even try, the neighborhood is not safe at all, especially at night.

Helpful staffs and comfortable room, but far from Banamax Convention Center due to the traffic. Expect at least 45 minutes of travel to most places, more than a hour take to Mexico City International Airport. There is a complementaria shuttle to Airport, but just once a day at 1pm; be sure to make the appointment in advance.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel itself is ok, but the neighborhood feels unsafe and the location is just too noisy, with heVy trucks passing by a few feet from the guesteooms windows at 5am and a next door bar playing loud music on weekend unroll 2:30 am.
