This location did nothing to accommodate us the hotel rooms where so hot never did they mention there’s no AC and they only had one fan in the room and it was not working , and they said they couldn’t help us we couldn’t take another day in a room that was so hot since my friend has a medical condition we left but the staff was rude and say we won’t get a refund for the last two days

Hotel si estaba bueno. Faltaba aire condicionado y también el área no es tan seguro pero si teñimos precaución alrededor. Hotel te limita gente aún si pagas por el cuarto grande. No limpian seguido los cuartos. Sobre todo si le doy un 7/10

Great location, the rooms seemed they were recently upgraded and I loved it. Parking is free but very very limited. Across the street from Garibaldi

Decent hotel, but with a poor breakfast and reception process was slow. We arrived 14:30, we weren't allowed to check-in and had to wait 30 minutes. When we got back there was a line with all people trying to check-in, if they had just checked in upon arrival and given keys later, that would have helped with the customer experience!

A decent hotel with a not so good breakfast at a location that doesn’t inspire safety. But overall this is what still was available during a too busy weekend in Mexico City.

Everything was excellent staff very friendly, cleaning excellent, place I felt in love with this hotel but I have a little issue and that’s no heat now we are in fall season a little bit cold and I ask for heat and staff told me they don’t have any heat at all but they could give an extra blanket then I say no it’s okay I don’t think come in winter time 😅 after that excellent♥️

Everything was very nice, clean and good place overall. It was very close to downtown. However there was a very big issue it was that the windows did not close properly or something because all the noise came in at night it was super loud. Other than that this would have gotten a 10/10

This property is very well located, friendly stuff. Bed and pillows were to hard for me. Also my room didn’t have AC I don’t know if the whole property don’t have it, the weather was fine for no AC at the time of my stay

The hotel is located very close to the metro station and within walking distance of Centro Histórico. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. However, the common areas of the hotel have a bad odor, it is not pleasing at all. Also, don’t expect hot water. It is nonexistent. Breakfast is good and perfect for taking with you as you head out to the city. The hotel is haunted, but the staff is super friendly and helpful!

The heat wasn't turn on until late at night and it gets cold during the winter in Mexico city. The walls don't allow for the insulation of sound so you hear perfectly the traffic outside, the hair dryer's used in the nearby rooms and all of the colorful conversations of the others in the hallway. The bagged breakfast aren't very good and should be skipped. However, the staff was very friendly and the location in good, in terms of being close to public transportation and landmarks in the city.

No air conditioning, located in a very dangerous area in Mexico city. Lots of homeless. No air conditioning, hot rooms and not enough fan rentals. Worse experience ever. I had to checkout next morning, without a refund from the other days I paid for, and I checked-in in a different hotel.

Location was horrible , no AC it was hot in the room when we opened the window it was so loud couldn’t sleep . Someone was singing and it was echoing . We only lasted one night and booked some where else .

Not so great - flaky internet
Negatives: 1) There is no AC and windows don't have a mosquito screen. 2) Coffee machine was out of order for one full day, no milk/cream provided when machine was running. Breakfast was minimal. 3) Internet was super slow and we had to call front desk asking them to restart it every 2-3 hours. 4)There is a homeless camp nearby at north end of Eje Central Lázaro. Our Uber driver told us to be careful and the whole thing made us a little uncomfortable during our stay. Positives: 0) it's cheap. 1) The hotel/rooms are clean. Pictures are pretty representative. 2) location-wise, this hotel is great for access to historic downtown.

They block many websites for Wifi, difficult entry
Most websites via Wifi were blocked. My laptop, tablet, cell phone w/no service, and US cellphone with MX sim could access social media and music/video, but even common sites like ebay I couldnt access. My friend who lives in CDMX could use websites which my devices couldn't. But she also couldn't use some of her favorite websites ... and Facebook emojis were blocked. During 2 weeks of travel this was the only location I couldn't use wifi. I had a 2 night reservation and had to leave after the 1st night because i needed to work, which required wifi. No one fixed my problem. There is a lot of road construction this month. The hotel doesnt inform guests. They don't explain how to enter. Because all but one street is closed, I had to make 3 passes until i found a street which wasn't closed. I am Silver w/Hotels and this hotel was listed with a Silver bonus of a complimentary beverage, with a cocktail icon. When I arrived, the hotel said they do not participate with such an elite perk. When i entered my room there was no wifi. They quickly sent someone to help me :) When the guy asked for my phone logged me into the wifi I realized that if I was at the door I had wifi but walk into the room... no wifi. They moved me to another room w/same problem. 3rd room worked but I was blocked from using wifi... "Breakfast" was a sack lunch w/juice, nutri bar, and sandwich. When i left, a backhoe blocked the street... couldn't find the driver and had to drive over a 1 meter mound...
