I had to work during my stay and the WiFi was not reliable.Staff is kind the place is clean, great area, easy access to everything but if I can't use the simplest thing as WiFi then its worthless.

No A/C! Pics clearly show minisplits on wall. Muggy, humid no air circulation in room. Windows are sealed , truly suffocating! Breakfast served was spoiled, scarce and worthy of the trash. Stained lobby furniture. Lobby floors were always clean, great location, close to transportation and across the street to a mall. Plenty of well lit parking spaces.

Hotel room had no air circulation and caused huge discomfort during the stay. Fan was provided 2nd day of the stay but was not good enough since the air inside the room was heavy. No windows that can be opened. Photos of the rooms on hotels was not the exact same as in real life. Although the hotel is placed very good with stores and mall close to the hotel. And public trabsportation is close to the hotel. Although would not stay here again unless they fix the air circulation in the rooms.

The hotel informed there’s no AC which we were OK with it, but it did not say there’s no air circulations and there’s no heat as well. Just imagine staying in a shipping container. That’s exactly how we felt the room we received and there were modes behind the walls and ceilings. The floors buckle, there are water damage everywhere on the corner of the ceilings and the toilet wasn’t even working. The room was extremely cold we all wore our down coats to go to sleep. We had a very bad experience and the breakfast was terrible as well. The location was great. I guess that’s what they banked on is the location of this hotel. Other than that we felt like we were sleeping in a shipping container. We do not recommend staying in here. We move to American brand hotel the following day.
