VERY ENJOYABLE Lovely stay at the Hotel Mx Condesa. Very cozy and friendly. Stayed in two different rooms. Both nice. Entire staff is EXCELLENT! Queen bedrooms, bath spacious, good water pressure (please conserve) I’ve booked my return. MUY AGRADABLE Encantadora estancia en el Hotel Mx Condesa. Muy acogedor y amigable. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones diferentes. Ambos agradables. ¡Todo el personal es EXCELENTE! Habitaciones con cama tamaño queen, baño espacioso, buena presión de agua (consérvela). He reservado mi regreso. MUY AGRADABLE Tuve una estancia encantadora en el Hotel Mx Condesa. Muy acogedor y amigable. Me alojé en dos habitaciones diferentes, y ambas estaban muy bien. ¡Todo el personal es EXCELENTE! El saludo del botones (Jorge), recepción (Axel, Víctor y Mónica, el personal del restaurante Marlene, Abraham y Denise y el personal de limpieza (Dani y José). Las habitaciones tamaño queen eran espaciosas, al igual que el baño. Mucha presión de agua (por favor conserve) He reservado mi regreso.

The shower on the third floor, room 319, did not have constant hot water. It would oscillate every 30 seconds between warm and scalding (literally boiling) temperatures. Other than that, solid little hotel.

The property was clean and aesthetic and safe. However, the rooms were tiny. The beds were hard and there is no privacy between the restroom and your bed and there are no amenities in the rooms. They do provide towels, soap bar, and shower gel. The bikes in the photo are just for show they don’t allow you to use them.

Ive been staying at this hotel every year for the past four years and it looks like it has had a few changes, staff changed and although new staff is very nice and attentive the old staff was quirky and helpful. I forgot to book an extra night and so I had to book it on the spot and again the gentleman was nice and helpful but he told me I couldnt stayed in my room because it was the weekend, he gave me the room next door and next morning the room i had before was still vacant so I did noticed they wanted to upsell me. I expected some sort of acknowledgement that I am a loyal customer but still I like the place and will stay with them again, Thank you.

The rooms were dirty, sheets stained (excuses given that the stains did not come off). The floors were lifting up. The safe did not work. No ventilation in the rooms...smelled muggy. Towels felt old and dirty. They also wanted to charge extra for a second key. Would not stay here again.

si lo recomendaria. esta todo cercas.
esta comodo, las camas no están tan agosto pero esta muy limpio. nos ayudaron a podernos quedar mas días, son muy serviciales, y muy atentos. solo que no se porque razon, en las madrugadas, se escuchaba mucho ruido, platicando y riéndose mucho, no sabemos si eran los empleados, fue poco desagradable, pero de ahi a mas todo muy bien.

This hotel is below par with very small rooms and old / cheap furniture. I paid over $150 for 1 night which is about what the value of the entire furniture room. I wouldn’t pay $50 to stay there again even if it’s in the Condesa area.

Great, friendly staff, both front desk, front door and cleaners! Our room, “Family ..?” Can’t recall, but it had 2 queens, and was a bit small, but it was inexpensive and very much a fair price. La Condesa is AMAZING!! So many great cafés! I highly recommend a cuban restaurant, just a 2 minute walk away, as are many other places to dine and sip pour-over coffees ☕️

Outstanding staff, very friendly and courteous. The location is excellent, close to Chapultepec park and it’s attractions. Also near public transportation, which will take you all over the city. Variety of restaurants and cafés around hotel. Please note there is no air conditioner in the room, although is not needed at this time if the year, in summer time might be a consideration to some people. Overall is a great place to stay. Thank you amazing staff.

El edificio está muy bonito, pero lamentablemente se escucha demasiado ruido todo el tiempo al interior de las habitaciones, hasta en la madrugada las conversaciones de los huéspedes en el patio

The friday night attempt to a cocktail lounge with Reggaeton music needs to be ditched, the property suits a different style. such music could be annoying for some guests. This is a lovely hotel, staff is nice and friendly and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. thank you.

Staff was great! Friendly, professional & helpful. There was always someone available to assist our group. Hotel is clean & nice. Our room had no air conditioning. Our room also did not have a fan or a window to open. There was only a small window in the shower. Because the shower door is literally in the sleeping area, we would have to leave the front door open to get some fresh air in the room. A fan would have been nice to make the temperature of the room more pleasant. Thank you for a great stay.

The property has an old vs new vibe that is perfect when visiting the city for a short stay. I would recommended only for solo travelers or couples, not families. You should know the place is very quiet, also because guests should keep their voices down to respect other people. The place has a natural eco that any minimum noise can be heard. The room I stayed had no fan or a/c so the night was ok to keep the window open but in the morning it was annoying to hear everyone and everything from the patio.

We stayed four days in June. The building is beautiful, it’s located in a great location. Near all the restaurants,bars,stores and parks. Our room had two beds, very comfortable beds, great shower with hot water. Breakfast was served every day. Basic: eggs with ham, refried beans, coffee, oj, milk, cereal and chilaquiles. The staff members where friendly sometimes lol What we didn’t like was the following: rooms are to small, rooms have no air conditioning!, showers and toilet have no privacy, rooms are to noice. Yes rooms are to NOICE. Be prepared not to sleep well. Over all out of 10 this place with be a 6 hope this helps
