This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

They make me pay a deposit of 1000 pesos, front desk guy, was smoking drugs outside, the never, ever place a smile of welcome on their faces, the guy put me on hold for almos 3 hours, because my reservation trough Expedia don’t show up on their week system, terrible terrible!!!

Las habitaciones están bien. Es un hotel antiguo, lo mantienen en condiciones buenas. El personal es promedio, tuvimos un tema con la reserva de la habitación porque pedimos cama king y nos dieron dos matrimoniales, no hubo intención por parte del personal para buscar alguna alternativa, solución u oferta, mencionaban que estaban con cupo lleno. Muy buena ubicación para moverse en el centro de la ciudad
