Comfortable stay in a very nice area of Mexico City. There are many small grocery stores (oxxo) and restaurants/street food nearby. The apartment is spotless, spacious with high end materials and appliances. It felt cold in January with the ceramic tiling, but the concierge arranged for extra blankets and portable heater which helped. The bathroom lighting automatically shuts off to conserve energy. It stays on if it senses movement. Overall, this is a nice place with 24 hr security.

It was 7°C in CDMX when we visited and there was no A/C in the apartment. The bedding provided was only suited for a summer stay (one thin layer). Expedia tried getting in touch with the property to request for a space heater and extra bedding but there was no response at all, despite multiple tries (both phone calls and emails). We waited in the apartment for over 3 hours and had to leave to find another place to stay last minute. I requested cancellation and refund right away. After this horrible experience, my credit card was charged by the property for the full stay AND more than what was on the original reservation, without my authorization. Stay away from this scam property. On the apartment itself, it's on the second floor, just above the parking lot with ongoing construction in a nearby building and it's really noisy.
