Our stay was pleasant from check in till check out, I wish we could've stayed longer. This hotel is centrally located and if you enjoy nice walks in the evening walking from here all the way to el zocalo takes about an hr 15 minutes, you will be able to see the angel of Independence, the revolution monument, bellas artes, latin american tower, casa de los azulejos and enjoy street vendors all the way (you can always come back on an uber) highly recommended. Also, steps away from chapultepec castle and good restaurants. I will stay here on my next visit, hopefully soon!!!

Hotel in construction. Main amenities closed such as gym and restaurant upstairs. Rooms are old and hallways need paint asap. Quite expensive for $150 per night. For that price you get a new, clean property with amenities.

Great hotel!

Great hotel at the entrance of Polanco. Close to all the fun yet fairly quiet in case you need to sleep well. Plenty of restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Front desk was very attentive and friendly! Room was clean and taken care of.

I didn’t get any type of welcome benefit as a VIP member, the front desk was very curt and to the point. However, the restaurant staff is absolutely fantastic, the food and drinks were great. They were extremely welcoming. The view of the castle is a plus. Thank you!

Our two night stay at this hotel was great! It is very close to the Chapultepec park, castle, zoo and museums as well as many restaurants and other monuments within 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were large and very clean.
