No air conditioning but you don’t really need it. Great location, friendly staff. Little noisy in this area, but you can ask for a room away from the street.

The room was perfect, even tho I’m used to an AC, the fan was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom real good. The bathroom was a little dirty (hairs in the shower and the shower has rust) but I’m not that picky, the water temperature was perfect. The spaces are very good and the rooftop is a nice space.

Place was ok, and price-quality was good. But it didn't have AC, which was really annoying, I went in October and had some really uncomfortable nights due to heat. Also, I saw quite a few cockroaches around my room.

Loved my stay! Affordable, clean, and modern. I stayed in the individual room and it was pleasant. Very loud at night due to the club next to the hotel but it actually made me feel safer at night seeing people outside late. I didn’t mind the noise but closing the window helped a lot. Washer and dryer in the building is so convenient for longer stays. Security is also there and they’re friendly too! I never right reviews in general but since I loved my stay so much, I felt inclined to do this.

The place and location was great. But it’s TOO NOISY and hard to sleep because is in the middle of many clubs that close until 4-5am. Also, no AC.

Location is great super close to the angel by walk. Staff was super nice and I felt secure at all time. But if you a light sleeper forget about this place super noisy all day long. Also super small.

I was very pleased with my stay and can confidently say I would gladly return. The location is truly fantastic, everything you might need is just a few minutes away: shops, restaurants, public transit, and especially museums, which were a big plus for me as a lover of art and culture. I could walk to all the major museums, saving time and making the experience more enjoyable. The area where the accommodation is situated feels very safe and peaceful, which was essential to me, especially when returning late in the evening. The staff were extremely kind, always available, and willing to assist me. The room I stayed in had a private bathroom, which I appreciated. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest after walking and sightseeing. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe, and convenient stay in a great location.

Th location is excellent. Even though the rooms are small, it’s all you need. The only issue I had was the poor communication from the hotel’s WhatsApp. They never respond or did very rudely. Other than that the security guard at the property Peter was very nice always!

People are nice, place is clean, however, it is located between two night clubs making it a little too noisy. Older night guard was very friendly and always very polite every time we encountered him. I like the fact that the place is also very secure, you won’t gain any access to the property unless you’re a hotel guest or your name is on their list in case of any event.

Great no fuss location. Super friendly staff and security guards. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Easy to get in and out with the phone key app. I really liked that there is a free cold and hot water dispenser in the lobby to fill your bottle (and save plastic and cash!) Amazing location near Condesa, Roma Norte and bosque de Chapultepec. You can find everything walking distance. Everything. Feels safe to walk around, well lit. I recommend for young adults who aren’t too bothered with noise at night ! It is a party neighborhood! The room was mostly clean although visible signs of wear and tear on the walls and sheets. Great shower and outside view! It gets hot fast in the morning with the sun plunging, however nights were fresh so it was not too bothering. Fan was provided. Keep up the good work Triver !

A Great Concept Crushed by Noise There’s no denying that Triver Coliving offers an impressive list of amenities and thoughtful details. The habitación sencilla was clean, functional, and well-equipped: a comfortable bed, private bathroom, independent access, and even touchless entry for added convenience. The shared spaces are genuinely exceptional—rooftop with a panoramic view, modern co-working area, game rooms, spotless kitchens, and regular cleaning service. The staff was attentive, and the community activities were a nice touch. However, all of these positive aspects are completely overshadowed by one overwhelming issue: noise. This isn’t just about the occasional loud neighbor. The building is surrounded by at least five nightclubs, party buses with subwoofer-level speakers, mariachis playing into the early morning hours, honking traffic, emergency sirens, and even delivery trucks rattling the window panes as late as 2:30 or 3:00 a.m. Earplugs and white noise machines are offered, but they are simply not enough. Even in the kitchen, you’ll hear nightclub music vibrating through the ventilation system. Unfortunately, the location turns what could be an ideal coliving experience into an exhausting, sleepless ordeal. In short: the facilities deserve five stars, but the extreme, non-stop nighttime noise makes the stay nearly unbearable. Unless you’re planning to party all night and sleep during the day—or travel with prescription aids—this is not a restful place to rest
