This hotel is extremely loud. There were fireworks going off all night and I could hear my neighbors coming and going from their rooms and the parking lot. I also didn’t feel the most safe as a solo female traveler. The hotel is fine but there are other airport hotels that are better.

In general was good, but a few missing and much needed items such a conditioner, hand/face towels. Room was comfortable. Check-in/out was fast and easy. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good, and staff is great.

Close to airport. Good price. Buffet expensive, but nothing special. Wifi very poor. Hotel driver 'Alejandro' was truly exceptional. We hired him for a day tour and his historical knowledge and English were terrific

Transportation is available, not to mention the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. The facilities are ok, but they could be improved. I was very disappointed that the pool had not been working for a few days or weeks I believe, yet there was not a note about it. I chose the hotel because of the pool. Water could have been supply in the room.

I booked this hotel because it advertised a pool. Unfortunately the pool was not usable which was a great disappointment as we had hoped for a restful day at the pool before our very early departure the following morning. We did enjoy the food very much, and I especially complimented the waitress about the soup that evening which apparently was made by a young man called Josephat. The staff was courteous and polite. Our room was clean but the ironing board collapsed while I was using it. Needs repair or replacing. Also I found the shower floor a bit slippery so a bath mat would have been useful. Our stay was average.

Great place to stay the night before you fly out from the Benito Juarez airport. You can walk over to get something to eat. There are shuttles from the hotel to both terminals every half hour. Nice garden and pool.

There is a machine noise in the building next door that runs all night long, the door to the room to the back doesn’t close properly so the noise is constant and makes it difficult to sleep. The restaurant is also way over priced. The only good thing is that it is close to the airport
